1) Partecipation
The Event is open to all cyclists over the age of 17 with FCI card or Promotion Bodies who have signed the agreement with the FCI and for foreigners in possession of a UCI license. For all non-members it is possible to participate by purchasing the card daily attaching a competitive medical certificate for cycling activities. Professionals, elites (men and women) and under 23 are admitted exclusively for promotional purposes and upon invitation by the Organizing Committee and will not be able to participate in any way in the ranking (their participation is also subject to written authorization from the membership).
Daily Card issued by the FCI which involves the obligation to be in possession of the following requirements:
1) copy of the medical certificate for competitive activity with cycling discipline (agonist);
2) valid ID;
3) fill in and sign the ethical declaration for issuing the card. The card can be subscribed at the time of license verification at a cost of € 10.00 to be added to the registration fee for the event as established by the FCI regulations.
The event is free to participate, but the Organizing Committee may, at any time and at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to accept the registration or to exclude a participant from the event. Cyclists who are not regularly registered will not be able to join the event, under penalty of immediate expulsion and reporting to the Bodies of Justice.
Participation in this event in the Medio Fondo and Gran Fondo routes is allowed to cyclists duly registered, in possession of a regular medical certificate valid on the day of the event, male and female, according to the following scheme: maschili e femminili secondo il seguente schema:
- MEDIUM ROUTE: (competitive) from the 17th year of age (calendar year), all Master categories.
- MEDIUM ROUTE: (non-competitive) to all cyclists, sports cyclists and participants with historic bikes (prior to 1987), gravel bikes, mtb, ebike, tandem; all participants with the aforementioned bicycles must strictly report the use of these vehicles at the time of registration (under penalty of disqualification).
- GRAN FONDO: (competitive course) from the 17th year of age up to the 70th (calendar year) in all Master categories.
Time limit for the conclusion of both routes at 2.30 pm

2) START & GRIDS
The departure is scheduled for October 17th at 8.00 am according to the grids as defined below:
VINCENZO NIBALI grid: from n.1 to n.150, Guests and athletes with Gold bib;
MARCHE OUTDOOR GRID: from n.151 to 299, FCI ranking, disabled, based on registration date;
BIKE DIVISION GRID: from 300 to 500, athletes with bib package + Hotel;
NIBALI SILVER GRID; Based on registration date;
BRONZE NIBALI GRID: based on registration date;
CICLOTURISTICA Grid: CYCLOURISTS, SPORTS CYCLES and others with special bikes starting at the end of the platoon;
The opening of the starting area is scheduled at 7.00 am;
Before departure, the organizing committee staff will check access to the various starting grids. The automatic check will take place at the time of the transit of the participants on the carpets of the electronic detection system positioned under the portal in the place of departure.
Riders who start in a grid preceding the one assigned will be disqualified.
3) TIMING
The timing will be performed by a MySDAM Official Timer with MYLAPS ChampionChip technology, based on the use of "chips". Official Timer MySDAM Each participant must have a valid personal chip or a daily rental chip.
USABLE CHIPS:
- My personal SDAM A-CHIP (round shape and green color) with “Cycling and MTB 2021” abilitation.
- CHAMPIONCHIP YELLOW CHIP personal (round shape and yellow color)
- DAILY MYSDAM CHIP for hire
PLEASE NOTE
- Indicate the personal chip code on the registration form.
- The chips and / or related qualifications can be purchased on the website www.endu.net or at the “Chip Point” of the race.
- The daily chip can only be rented at the Race Chip Point at a cost of € 5.00 plus € 5.00 as a security deposit. The deposit will be returned to the return of the chip which must be made at the Punto Chip itself, within 15 minutes from the end of the race.
- Updated prices and conditions relating to the chips are indicated on the MySDAM website at www.endu.net
- Failure or incorrect use of the CHIP will result in non-inclusion in the ranking and non-attribution of the time spent.
4) RANKING
At the end of the competition the rankings will be published on the website www.gfnibali5milamarche.com separated for the Gran Fondo and Medio Fondo routes for both the female and male categories. The ranking of companies will also be drawn up.
The individual rankings will be published both in absolute terms and on the basis of the categories they belong to as indicated below:
- Elite Sport 19/29 years
- Master 1, 30/34 years
- Master 2, 35/39 years
- Master 3, 40/44 years
- Master 4, 45/49 years
- Master 5, 50/54 years
- Master 6, 55/59 years
- Master 7, 60/64 years
- Master 8, 65/70 years
- Master 8 over 70 years, compulsory route 77 km
- Elite Women Sport - Master Woman 1, 19/39 years
- Master Woman 2 + 3> 40 years
All amateur cyclists from 19 years of age, equipped with a control chip, who will arrive within the maximum time, will be included in the rankings.
The company ranking is drawn up by counting all the athletes (men and women) starting from both routes (Gran Fondo and Medio Fondo) agonists and non-agonists.
The awarding of the absolute classification of each route is scheduled for the first 3 men and women and will be carried out immediately after the arrival of the athletes themselves, except for any provisions of the jury.
The category awards, separate for each path, are provided for the first 5 classified
The company awards are scheduled for the first 10 classified.
The awarding of the cyclists starting in the cycling tour grid (last grid) will be exclusively by drawing lots (3 prizes).
5) DUTIES OF PARTICIPANTS AND SUBSCRIPTION
Participants will be able to collect the race bib and the bike number only upon showing the FCI card or other valid for the 2021 season. Participants must clearly fix the bib number on the left side and the bike number on the front of the handlebar, both provided by the Organization, and be equipped with a chip if they want to participate in the individual and team rankings. The numbers provided cannot be modified or altered in any way under penalty of disqualification. It is mandatory to use an approved and fastened rigid helmet for the entire duration of the race and to respect the rules of the road. The riders overtaken by the car at the end of the race will continue the event as cyclists while keeping both numbers clearly visible. Those who have not entered the grid 10 (ten) minutes before the start will be automatically entered in the last starting grid. It is recommended that you take a puncture repair kit with you on the run and wear clothing suitable for changing weather conditions. Please note that the event is not a competitive race. Despite the order of arrival, the event is, and remains, a cycling rally where everyone can proceed at their own pace.
By registering, the competitor declares to be in possession of the medical certificate according to the Ministerial Decree of 18/02/82, to be in possession of a regular card issued for the current year, insurance for third party liability, to have read the course and its criticalities (possibly reporting them to the Race Director) and to have having read this regulation, accepting it unconditionally in every point. The participant gives his consent to the use of his images and data collected during registration and during the days of the event, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Law n. 675 of 31/12/1996 and of Legislative Decree lgs 196/03, to the organizing company, to the company that carries out the photo shoot, to the company that carries out the timing and registrations and to the company that takes care of the press office, to the sponsors and partners of the event. The participant declares to renounce any liability or recourse action against the organizing company, its partners or suppliers, the personnel assigned in any capacity to the organization, the sponsors and patrons, deriving from their participation in the event and at its side events.
6) CHANGES
The organization reserves the right to make changes to this regulation at any time. The website is the official information tool of the event and therefore all official communications will be disclosed there.
7)PRIVACY
Participation in the Event involves the processing of the personal data of the participants for the purposes and in the manner described in the Organizer's Privacy Policy. The data controller is the Organizer. By registering for the Event, the participant confirms that he has carefully read the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
8)CANCELLATION
Se, per cause di forza maggiore o di qualunque ulteriore genere non imputabile all’organizzazione la manifestazione non dovesse svolgersi, l’importo di partecipazione non verrà rimborsato , ma congelato e utilizzabile per l’anno seguente tolti i costi di segreteria .
SOSTITUZIONE O DISDETTA/CONGELAMENTO ISCRIZIONE:
la sostituzione o disdetta di un atleta verrà accettata solo entro il 11 settembre 2021.
9)CLAIMS
Any complaints must be received by the jury within the regulatory terms accompanied by the fee provided for according to the regulations of the F.C.I.
10) NORM
For anything not covered by this regulation, the technical, organizational and disciplinary rules issued by the Italian Cycling Federation apply.
